About Sechaba Se So Youth Foundation
Sechaba Se So Youth Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization geared at uplifting the Youth in all the major aspects of their lives. We aim to become a stepping stone to creating sustainable programmes that assist in the growth of the youth in The Arts, Business, Community, Health & Safety, Education and Social aspects.
The Founding of the foundation was brought up by the need to shift the youth’s focus from the street life (Crime, Drugs & alcohol) into a more sustainable lifestyle. Our youth today is riddled with all kinds of distractions from the current increase in drug sales and crime. We aim to train and help guide them into living with purpose and fulfilment in every part of their life. Using creative and educational seminars and events the foundation can get the youth interacting with life changing programmes that are a sure way to add value to their lives away from the street.
The #CleanFunInitiative, an initiative by Sechaba Se So Youth Foundation in partnership with EntityDeep Media Agency, in the path to guiding Youth away from Alcohol abuse at a young age. With the rise in alcohol consumption due to Covid19 and the fall of employment all around the world, young people have had almost little to do. Due to restrictions and lockdowns, inactivity has become a norm for the youth. The rise in alcohol consumption has become a factor in this inactivity. Young children in households also face a change in their parents and care givers due to the rise in unemployment
With the rise in alcohol consumption, music shares the burden of moving Youth to a life of unsupervised under age alcohol consumption. #CleanFunInitiative aims to develop an outreach by popular DJs and musicians to drive edutainment that serves to educate the youth in abstaining from underage drinking and reckless behaviour under the influence of alcohol.
